    I've been gone since Friday and I just saw this. Please know that you did NOT offend me at all, in fact I appreciated your standing up for me. I just wanted you to know that I was ok and not upset with anyone. I hope everything is fine with everyone now!!!

    As for the ALL CAPS...I try and copy their s/n exactly because I dont know I just all ways do that, for the hard names I copy/paste!
