    Walking,Lapping it up

Heidi on her walk Friday and today and last night on Mom's lap relaxing. She does a god job walking,a little fast but she settles down.today we saw a lady has seen Heidi before when she was a puppy,Heidi rolled over on her back and wanted her tummy rubbed, she loved ,does the same with mom,Mom doesn't like doing it.Mom was up before Heidi went down the hall, she did that twice before going to the living room. She was with both of us in our chairs,I brought down here for a hour before we went shopping she went to her cage.Mom and I had French Fries for lunch,Mom had to help to serve lunch after the Memorial service for our Soprano soloist who passed away last Friday at age 51,our neighbor across the street may have Jaundice,Mom talked to Auntie Bev,her eye hasn't any worse, not great though, but can drive if needed. I took Heidi for the walk after taking mom up to the church.Heidi had a drink after the walk, had some food, snoozed down here, went out a few times, likes it out there, had a timeout tonight for biting at Mom,had a play with the Monkey,is at Mom now,Mom folding laundry for the second time.Showers the next couple of days so maybe too wet to take Heidi on a walk.

    snuzzin and walkin

Heidi snoozing down here this morning and late this afternoon on a walk. This morning, went to both sides of the bed scratching to get Mom up,Mom heard her. After this we had our breakfast, sat with both of us ,likes to cuddle with me,had a play with the Monkey.Heidi went to her cage , we went to church were going to get thunderstorms,we got that and some rain, more overnight into tomorrow.Samantha wanted to go to Sunday School, at church,so she came with Marlene,Brandyn was going to go to a driving range to hit golf balls with Larry,it rained so played with the X Box.Samantha was quiet not too talkative, then didn't go with the kids to the Sunday School she stayed with Marlene for the entire service and was good, kept quiet. It got sunny later on around 4 or so, so took Heidi for her walk, came down here to get here, she was all ready to go,took her up on the leash. She walks a little fast, have to keep pace with her,she does slow down, met an old neighbor, asked about Marlene and told her about Fritz, almost home ,met another neighbor who was out in the driveway playing hockey with his little boy, they had a Chocolate Lab,he is a Handyman,in the next week or so will measure our back garage door, probably put a new one in,will also fix the downspout on the south side of the house,it leaks.Heidi was down here while we had supper,we had small Potatoes baked in the oven, also Peameal Bacon and Peas and Carrots.Heidi has had her snack of Iams bones and water, had a couple of plays of fetch with me,now chewing on a rope bone.
thanks very much devon. I have been boo'd.

    Under Chair,With Mom

Heidi snoozing under my chair last night and just before going to bed with Mom ,head resting on Mom's knee.Heidi went right to where bed last night, this morning after eating went to mom's room, both sides of the bed,Mom was watching her do it,I have to pick Heidi up,Mom can't get out or Heidi will go after her feet. She was with Mom in her chair then comes to me and sits beside me.This is where she was when I brought her down here, carried her in the bed of toys. She hasn't played yet,has been out once and had a drink,is now at my feet snoozing. It was 6 months yesterday since we got her and she will 8 months old this coming Saturday, time has flown with her and she has been a great little gal.I got a parking ticket on Friday while getting my haircut,I didn't have any change for the meter,it was a $10 fine,Mom wasn't happy, paid the fine the same day, last month she had a got a parking ticket for being too far from the curb,it was a $35 fine, warning only was written on it,Mom didn't have the ticket, she lost it,she went to the town hall where parking enforcement is and told them about it and they went and got a copy of the ticket and it said warning only so the ticket was ripped , so didn't have to pay it.We got rain overnight and this morning, maybe ,more this afternoon so will have to see if i can take Heidi for her walk which she enjoys so much.

    Monday's Walk

Heidi on her walk on Monday around noon hour.Mom has said something to her about a walk and she knew what Mom said,I got ready for the walk,I got the leash ,she came out to the kitchen and was ready to go,got the leash on and away we went, she tends to go at her pace which is a bit fast, she does slow down some, maybe have to get a harness with the leash ,that may work. She goes up several driveways ,thinking she is home, one house looks similar to ours. When we got the Catholic school, she heard the kids, she stopped, wasn't moving so picked her up and carried her until we got by the school, one boy said hi to me.She had her supper by 1:30,Mom had gone to gift shop,I had mine around 2:30 which was Rice and Chicken pieces,at that time,Heidi was out on the patio wandering, she wanted in so took her downstairs.Later on in the evening, she had 2 Iams bones and water, had a couple of plays of fetch with the Monkey and a squeaky toy,in between had naps and was out ended up with Mom,was biting carpet again,She went out before bed,she went to Mom's room this morning,Mom had got up and need me to pick her up before she got out of bed.She sat with mom,got up too fast and hit mom in the chin, she then sat with ,me,after a bit came down on her own and i brought her toys down, all she has done is nap,she was chewing at her scarf so took that off,she is now outside likes it out there. After Mom gets back form meals On Wheels,we will take Heidi to Pet Valu to see about a harness so it will easier to walk her.

    Playin,Snuzzin,Sittin

Heidi playing with her rope bone in the sunshine Tuesday afternoon, snoozing on the floor last night, using the Monkey as a pillow and this morning siting in front of the couch while mom reads the paper. We went to Pet Valu yesterday and got her a harness, she liked the harness and the person at the store putting it on,was kissing him,I took her for a walk after coming home,I couldn't remember where the extra set of house keys were so I took er on the walk, so didn't have the camera,I did find it,it was hanging in the garage if it dries up today,is currently raining,I will take her.She met our neighbor across the street, got a belly rub,met some more people over by the school, they have a German Shepherd Buddy,he is 8 years old, the man fixes lawn mowers,he does ours, then were almost home met another neighbor and two more people with a dog,she liked that one, might have been a Spaniel of some kind.Had a drink and a snooze when she got home then some food, had plays with her toys later,I throw it and she brings it back,at 9 she went to mom,she gets tired around then and was with mom cuddling. This morning, went to greet mom,was getting up,sat with both of us was with mom on the couch, was reading the paper then she got down ans sat in front of the couch,She is now down here with me,she chewing on a ols water bottle.

    Snoozing and Walking

Heidi resting last night, head on my foot,in front of Mom's chair napping and today out for a walk, didn't have one yesterday,it rained most of the day.She went in to Mom in the living room after eating, had a cuddle with me,brought her down here where she snoozed, later in the morning had her walk, got to the school and she wouldn't go on so turned around. This afternoon, went to Swiss Chalet, with Marlene,Larry came from a Doctor's appointment,we also had Brandyn and Samantha and Shannon came later,Marlene bought Samantha,a Umbrella, new shoes that light up and a purse, the dinner was her ,she is 6 on April 23rd.She ordered her own supper, had Pizza and Mashed Potatoes, put Ketchup on the Potatoes, was brought Chocolate Cake with Whipped Cream, they sang Happy Birthday, was showing off her gifts to the waitress, she called Larry Ding Dong a few times, does it all the time. After supper,we went and saw Shannon's new place,a basement apartment,it is small but big enough for them.Buster was a bit a rambunctious, had been in cage all day,he had his supper, but he drank form the toilet bowl,he is getting better behaved, will take time, was bothering the cat Peaches,it wouldn't take much for Peaches to hiss at him,we saw Peaches before going, she only came out when Buster is outside, she looks really good.Heidi had a play with me tonight, been in her cage for 4 hours, now up with Mom in her chair.
thanks very much devon. I have been boo'd.
