    Our visit to the white coats is over but we are still waiting for the results. I will update you when we get the results. The vet is hoping they come in by Tuesday.

    I haven't posted for a long time because I'm extremely busy with my volunteer work for Yankee Golden Retriever Rescue, but I've checked on Dixie's progress every time I had a chance. I hope the news from the vet are good and the sweet girl is on her way to a complete recovery. You are all in my thoughts. Big hug to Dixie and Dusty from Carina and me.

    Just checking in to say I hope all is well and the diagnosis is not cancer. We will wait for Tuesday and keep Dixie in our prayers.

    Just wanted to say that I am thinking of Dixie and hoping that there is some resolution to her problem. Gee, waiting until Tuesday sure takes a long time, doesn't it?

    Thanks everyone for your prayers! They worked because the test came back benign. NO CANCER!!!! My mind is at ease again. The swelling was due to some foriegn object getting in there and since we can't see it, it will just need to work it's way out. Swelling is almost gone.
