How about some nice soup, a lobster bisque perhaps, with a buttered baguette? Everyone in? I'd have a diet ginger ale with it - BUT THEY DON'T SELL IT IN UTAH! I'm serious! Crazy place...

Utahan Mormons are evidently very serious about Ginger Ale - regular Ginger Ale. They have more varieties than I've ever seen. Mormons can't have caffeine and they love it. I was talking to the guy making the soda delivery to the store and he had never even HEARD of diet. He told me they didn't make it (Schweppes) - I said yes, they do, I buy it back home. He said "not in the state of Utah".WTF.

Boy, I was just looking at the news and they are showing footage of looting in Haiti. That makes me so sad. All over the world charities are raising money to help, and organizations are trying to get supplies and resources into the country, and now this. So - could I have coffee, please? Well... decaf. It's after 9.
