one more thing I have never know how to make sure the size is right I usually make them by 200 x 300 or so x so numbers but how do I know for sure the size and how do I compress it to be on limits??

I know nothing about it I know ........ I definaltely NEEED a lot of practice hehe

Well you're using PSP aren't you? :P Um.. there should be a thing when you go to save it that says options and I think I usually put it on like 16 or something. It's been a while since I used PSP so I don't remember exactly.

If you use photoshop you can use the save for web option.

If you use PSP there's this thing that says options that you have to mess with I think.

Or if you're like me and don't have photoshop and are using some other program... You can compress them in Microsoft Office Picture Manager in the Edit Picture area. They have both Resize and Compress options.
