Wow I love puppy breath too! My baby has grown out of it though But about all of the strange things your dogs have caught, my dog did the same. Daisy is a Basset but despite what you may think of them, they are fast dogs when they want to be! Well, you can imagine my surprise when I looked out in my yard one day and saw Daisy pawing at a chicken! And not a ready-to-be-cooked one, a real feathered live rooster! Well, it HAD been alive anyway... she and my neighbor/cousin's chickens had always gotten along just fine... I guess she just played a little too rough this time! Good thing they weren't mad, they still had one chicken left after all.... and that one only lasted about a month... needless to say, they have not bought any new chickens since! I guess Bassets and chickens don't mix! I felt really bad about the whole thing, but they didn't care, they were sick of the chickens anyway, and my mother was almost happy because they let the chickens wander around and were always wrecking our garden. Daisy was just helping out the family and playing tag a little too rough!
