My sister is getting married next year so Andy and I have already decided we're going to shoot for a 2006 summer date.

Star Wars you say Debbie? Not in the actual wedding, but Andy and I would like our friends to dress as Stormtroopers to escort us into the reception hall.

One friend asked if Andy was going to dress as Spiderman and me as Mary Jane. I wonder if Marvel would let us...... *lol!*

I'm not sure if Kia would make a good ring bearer. She's easily distracted. Or my luck...she'd eat the rings. But the idea has crossed my mind.

Again, thanks for the congrats and well wishes. We're taking the planning game, one day at a time.

For you hopeless romantics... I emailed Andy asking him again what prompted him to ask... and he wrote back:

I was just so worked up by the falls themselves and how awesome it was on the lower area we were at, and you were smiling so big and your eyes were glowing (when we were in the tunnel behind the falls) and I decided then I'd do it back outside right in the elements, and at the moment I did it, we were the only ones on the platform so it was very private-- cause I caught it between the moments when other people were out there too.
