Hurricane Charlie =(

I have *never* seen or experienced a hurricane, tornado, or any major storm in my life. I know I would be scared to death. It sounds so scary. The most we get here are very mild thunderstorms, like only once a year for one or two nights. Living by the ocean doesn't mean you have to experience hurricanes. It all depends on which ocean you live close to. I guess that's the good thing about California. Our ocean isn't that mean. Our earthquakes are pretty scary though...

I hope it's not bad over there. So far, all we've got here is some wind. I know that's going to change, though. I'll be so glad when it's gone! I hate storms and hurricanes. Having good comfort food for supper. rotiserie chicken, stuffing and a strawberry pie for dessert. Going to keep Duke close all night. I'll bet you're having fun with your mini zoo there. If you're not too nervous, get some pics. That will take your mind off it a little. You've got my number if you want to talk. Call me!

I have been watching the news and they are saying now that it's going to the SW. It's completley passing me, although their is going to still be tropical storm winds. Unfortuntley it's heading towards other's here. Hope everyone's prepared and ready.
