Frosted Mini-Wheats! I always have some of that in the cupboard.
as I get older, I look at the fiber content first. I'm not ready for the really nasty health food stuff yet, but frosted mini-wheats have fiber and taste good!
After that is would be Raisin Bran. (my husband's favorite).
Then I rotate between other cereals like grape nuts, or granola type cereals.
These are not the droids you were looking for
Raisin Bran Yum, but not in the morning for breakfast it is better in the afternoon or 2-3 in the morning.![]()

I'm a big fan of raisin bran myself! Its not too sugary and its not to blah! YUM!
