    Here's another update:

This morning Storm has started to let Flint/ Cirrus? get much closer to him without hissing. I was playing with both of them but I think my new kitty really wants to play with Storm or Sunny. He tried to jump at Storm to play with him and thats when Storm started hissing again. Sunny seems to be very scared and cautious of him because if he starts running then Flint/Cirrus will chase him. It's so funny to watch Sunny trying to tip toe around the house because he's usually my hyper wild kitty. I predict that Storm will accept him first. This is what happened when I introduced Sunny. As soon as Storm accepted Sunny then my RB Pepper also accepted him.

He's beautiful! Ok, ok, handsome. And he sure is a big boy, but such a sweety that he just wants to be friends with Storm and Sunny. I'm sure it won't be long and he'll fit right in.

    He's gorgeous!

Good luck on naming him. I can't think of any other names from the ones that have already been suggested.

It's a good sign that Flint wants to be friends.

Tracey, he's such a gorgeous little (in age) boy!!! I love him!!

    I'll keep thinking of names.

I'm glad Storm and Sunny are OK with him, no hissing is a good sign.

Thanks for posting some pics KAK! He is a handsome cat and he color coordinates with your carpet and cat tree!
You want more name ideas, I have more! How about Thunder, Flash, Flakey, Flurry, Sprinkles, Showers,
or how about Sandy or Sandstorm and you can get two cats to come when you call one name!

What a gorgeous cat Flint/Cirrus? is. I especially admire the markings on his front legs. It's great that he keeps trying to play and I hope that he, Storm, and Sunny will be best pals soon.

Hi everyone. I've decided to name him Cirrus to go with my weather theme. I also thinks that he likes this name. It has a soothing sound to it. Well tonight has been much better. Storm and Sunny seem to tolerate Cirrrus much more than they did last night. Storm has still hissed at him a little bit but there has been no growling like there was before. Sunny doesn't seem as scared of him as he was this morning. Cirrus also seems much more relaxed. He still isn't very interested in me but he does like to get close to me and watch me. He even came up to me and sniffed my hand. The cutest thing happened this evening. Storm was lying down on the floor with his belly exposed and Cirrus sat down very close to him and then stretched out and relaxed. Storm didn't move or even seem to mind this at all. It didn't last very long because Sunny dropped a toy from his cat tree and this scared Cirrus so he got up and ran. I wish I had my camera out and ready but I also don't want to scare him. I promise to take many pics of Cirrus interacting with Sunny and Storm this weekend. BTW I'd like to thank Naomi for suggesting his new name Cirrus.

    congratulations, he's beautiful!
I think that is so sad that he got separated from his brother , especially at their age. like the little kitty on cotd a few days ago, sad to separate them but its done all the time. at 8 months old it is worse tho. when I got Emma and Louise they were 7 months old, and I was going to foster them, then I thought I just can't let them be separated! I didn't really want to keep them which I can't imagine now, I love them so much, but I just could not stand the thought of them going to different homes, Louise would meow-cry when she couldn't find Emma(then called Thelma!) they were so scared at first.

anyway the little guy is lucky to finally have you be his mommy and to have a forever home now.
