    Her mother died a year or so ago. One reason why she tried out for this show - it was a favorite of her mother.

    18,663,852 hits as of this morning. Oh ... plus another three from me. I think I am in the grip of Susan-mania.

    Thanks for posting the clip from CBS. That was not a song I knew at all, and the words were much clearer without all the reverb. I would like to have seen Pebbles though.

    Just noticed that The Daily Record newspaper has a recording of Susan Boyle on a charity CD signing Cry me a River. They have posted it on youtube too.

    Wonder if any have appeared on ebay yet?
