Here is my Jetta when I first got it. Now all the back windows are tinted (very dark) and I've got various window decals on them. If it was clean, I'd take a more recent pic. I had wanted a Jetta for probably five years and I finally got it. I love this car, and so does my niece. She drove it for her drivers test last year.

Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

I drive a lot and I think it does well on milage. Don't have any numbers though. I just know it costs me less to fill up than Andy's Aztec.

Also, the Vibe and Toyota Matrix are pretty much the same car, so if you know anyone that owns the Matrix, they can share their experience.

I'm a sucker for car threads, love them all!

    Here are my current toys:

The constant work in progress. 10 mpg city, 15 highway.

Love the '67 Critter Crazy! Glad to see people keeping them alive.

The camp/travel/rain/more than 1 person beast. 14 mpg city, 19 highway.

The daily rider/canyon fun. 40 mpg city, 50 highway.

I'm so jelous of everyone that owns a jeep, that's my dream vehicle.

Let's see my "BABY" which I am counting the days before I can get rid of it. I'm lucky if it doesn't break down on the highway.

1995 plymouth grand voyager, not my car, but same color. It's great for loading dogs, but I hate it. Name is Gypsy, only name I could come up with.
Thanks so much Ashley for the siggy!

Jeeps are great until you realize half your income is going to gas money.

There's a reason she's called Sectumsempra, it's a spell (from Harry Potter) that gives your enemies hundreds of bleeding gashes all over their body. I named her after the third time I ran out of gas on the road. That was partly my fault, because I spent all of my money on riding lessons and barely ever had enough gas to get to work and the barn, and partly because for a while I couldn't drive over 50 so I got lost a lot on back roads and smaller city streets that change names and turn often. I was used to the inter-states.

Haha, you have what I refer to as the "fancy version" of my car. Luggage rack and fancy red stripe!
