I know how you feel greyhound- I have only been here for a little over two months. The cut off is still only 4 months.. oh well..

We've had gift swaps for the 6 or so years I've been here and none of them have gone "horribly wrong" as you stated.

There are some people who do not follow thru - however they are no longer able to participate in future swaps. Also, when the swap is over, if someone who signed up is without a package, then Amy and I (and whoever is generous enough) send out a package to that person. No one is left without a package.
