    Huskies can certainly be outside all of the time, but what about breeds or mixes such as great danes, chihuahuas, dobermans, whippets,italian greyhounds, greyhounds, etc....? They cannot live outside all of the time!

    Incidentally, here in California where I live, a new law took affect starting today: no animal can be chained or teathered for more than 3 hours.
