Everyone's pictures are wonderful! I felt really bad, my batteries died right after I took the one of Robin & her nieces, so I missed alot of doggies- but I knew that between us all every wigglebut & waggytail would get a mug shot!

Speaking of Robin, my pups send a big slurppy thank you for those delicious hand-made doggie treats with icing that were in the goodie bags.

And thank you Anna & Kay for all the treats! Hope to see everyone again soon!

What a great idea: a kiddie pool for the dogs!!! Looks like all the hoomans had a blast. Did Bowser give the pool a try? (now why do I think NOT! )

I would love to take credit for making those yummy dog treats, but it wasn't me who baked them. I had given the recipe to Anna awhile back and when she told me she was making some to put in the goody bags I teasingly gave her a hard time about passing the treats off as her own and not letting people know that the recipe came from me. Uhhh..and to pay me back she put the picture of me on the back of the recipe attached to each bag along with "recipe courtesy of robilee". I think I will be more careful about giving that girl a hard time...LOL.

Well you fooled me too. I was just about to make a thread thanking
you for those peanut butter treats.I was tempted to eat one myself, but
felt bad because the pups were watching me. I really appreciate the
goodie bags from Anna & Kay.Smokey & Maggie send big slurpy kisses too.

Well, I've just spent an hour and a half going through this thread and looking at everyone's pictures and all the albums. Totally awesome shots you guys. I felt like I was right there. I have lots and lots of favourites but this one really talks to me and shows me just what Findlay is all about. So nice to see you Phred.
The only dogs I recognize are Anna's, Phred's, Gina's Crayola and of course Ruby. I don't know the names of the other people or pets. Still, so very nice to "meet" you.

I really want to attend one of these meetings. Would you welcome a Canadian in the mix even though I don't have a dog?? Where is the nearest airport and hotel and when is the next meeting?
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

Has it been so long that Staci or I were in CA that you don't remember us?!?

Of course we would let you come! Closest airport to Findlay is probably Toledo (~45-1 hour from Dog Park, ~25 minutes from me), although Columbus, Dayton, Cincinnati, Cleveland ( all in Ohio) and Detroit (Michigan) are all within 3 hours.

Don't know when the next meeting will be...maybe sometime in July, although that is sometimes smaller if there isn't a Holiday. Labor Day (1st weekend of September) is usually a big one too.

    Surprised you don't recognize Kiara!

We welcome anyone and everyone at the Findlay meeting - even CATS! Yes, we have had a kitty visitor, too.

Debby & Terry attended this meeting - a completely kitty home and dog-free. Sirrahbed & Sirrahned attended one of the previous meetings. So, the Findlay meetings aren't *dog only* people. A lot of the happenings are doggie-related, though.
