Starr's Finally Home!!!

Thanks everyone. Both Starr and Pearl have diarrhea and it's not coccidia but probably stress or food related. Both of their fecal tests were negative. They're now on metronidazole liquid .6cc 2 times a day for the next 5 days. I hope that this will help. I was mixing pumpkin in with their wet food but it didn't help. Now I'm going to try not to give them any more wet food for a while. They've been drinking plenty of water and have been playing a lot today so they're very active. It's been very hot here so they've also been sleeping a lot too. Starr is always ready to eat but Pearl hasn't been hungry today so I force fed her a little bit. I hope that they'll be back to normal in a few days.

Awww....this is all you need, huh??

I'm sure the diarrhea will pass soon. It seems that all kittens go through it...they have such young, forming bodies its normal.

I was out of town at a family reunion and now I'm in tech week for Bat Boy, but I wanted to congratulate you on your new kittens. Hope they're feeling better soon.... probably just a little reaction to the new situation.
