Knowing Miz Sophie, she'd want to DRIVE the firetruck...so here they go -- siren screaming (of course there's a 'fire' at the parsley patch *wink, wink*) Smoke, being a happy-go-lucky fellow, goes along with the idea, & rides in the front seat--tongue in the wind. Miz 'Cinners' covers her eyes and ducks all the while mumblin' "this was NOT my idea! this was NOT my idea!" Poor Phred is runnin' after his firetruck! And where's Zip?

1.) either she's the speck way, way in the background (yeah the one rolling on the floor laughin')

or

2) She's the one driving the Nissan--hand out the window, rattling the yogurt-drop bag, tryin' to get the Furry Parsley-crazed driver to stop!

(hmmm...this would actually make a really, really cute children's book...)

Cinders and Smoke Man you didn't happen to take any pictures while Dad was chomping down on his cake and ice cream, did you? We are still wishin and hopin to see the Daddy Man for real, delightful as Miss Zippy's sketchen may be. Hope you two and the Kat have been behaven yourself, at least for a little while.

GranMom an his Sis gived him a Birfday kake on Sunday at dinner. He gotz ta bring the extree kake home fur us. Ebber nite this week he fixez kake an ice kreme inna big bowl an sitz inna kliner chair *tryin* ta eat it... wiff ~

Kat'z no dummie ~ waits till spoon's in Dad'z mouff (udder handpaw holdin the bowl) ~ Then Kat leans forward and dunks paw (wiff grabber knife-klawz extended) inna bowl an skoopz out a gob-a-goddies afore Dad kan snatch the bowl away!

Whudda *HOOT*! Kat don't seem ta mind gettin *biffed* wiffa spoon , either! Standz his ground onna chair and keepz dippin away! We getz ta lik the bowl when it's almost emptee.

Boy can I relate to that Phred! I can't eat anything in a dish on the recliner without Bella puttin' her chin on my kneebones!! And of course there is Trevor climbing all over my body and swooping his paws from a distance to try and get a taste of whatever it is. Andy is the only one who could care less about what I'm eating. For some reason he prefers his cat food.
