In Pittsburgh, it's up to a record high of $2.55 a gallon although some stations are around $2.47.

Well, gas went down a few cents today. It was $2.74 at ONE place but it was STILL $2.79 or more at other places.

It is around $1.45 a litre in NZ at present, they are talking about bringing back car less days, lowering the speed limit from 100 to 80, and if worse comes to worse rationing petrol.

I saw a sign last night over here that gas was something like $3.34. It's insane.

Gas prices are going down around here. I just paid $2.95 for gas and the other day I paid $2.79.

There is an article in our state paper about people trading in their SUV's for more fuel efficient cars. However, the trade-in value is very low. Don't think anybody wants to drive SUV's anymore.

My Sister did a calculation of how much my car gets per gallon and it's 32 mpg. It's a Ford Focus Wagon.
