We have a new puppy!

He just now hit 1 lb., he definitely doesn't look or feel like he weighs that much though.

What a teeny weeny puppy. He's so cute. Kevin's gonna love him. Me too, I'd be afraid of squashing him. He looks to be half the size of MAXIMUS' head. How big will he get?

His daddy weighed 2 lbs., and his mom weighed 4 lbs., so he should be in between there.

Toy chis are usually just the runts of the litter..breeders usually call them toy chis to try to get people to think they are rare and pay BIG money for them

Basically there is no such thing as a toy chi, its just a runt..sorry maybe someone else can explain it better

He is sooo cute!! I would be afraid of picking him up wrong because I might hurt him. I have a chi and he is a fat boy weighing close to 10lbs. Did you make him your own collar or did you actually find one that will fit him? He is just a cutie pie!! Look how big my chi is:

We found the collar at Petsmart.. It's size 5' to 7'. We found one that fit him so we bought one in just about every color.. Lol.. The one he is wearing in the pics says "Bad to the bone".
