I love every single one of these photos!!! The beach is beautiful and the waterfalls...oh man, I'm moving!!! That is just the type of place I'd love to live (other than the snow still on the ground )

I would have to frame the photos of Nebo in front of the waterfalls...they're just gorgeous!

Plus that tag holder has helped a lot with the tag stains on his neck.
Amy, where did you get a tag holder from? I'd love to use one on Sherman - his neck always looks dirty, but it's from the aluminum tags.

Well I coulda swore that I posted to this thread Amy, but I guess it was all in my mind

The pictures of course are fabulous as always, but this one really makes me laugh!

    I love Syd's ears...toooooo cute

And Mark and I both loved the one of Nebo sleeping on Syd, a familiar site

Thanks for sharing those, looks like everyone had a great time!

I was thinking this very same thing as I looked through your photos. Simply breathtaking! I would love to see some of the places that you visit. As always, the pups look very happy. Thanks for sharing this mini-vacation with us!

Well there's no other word for these photos, yet again, than stunning! Nebo is as beautiful to look at as the scenery, put them together and you have post card material! I really like this one in particular for some reason:

Mirror Lake is just stunning! I love bodies of fresh water for some reason....perhaps because I'm surrounded by ocean.
I also loved Syd's silly ears in the pic Anna posted. Your doggies have such fun hikes and adventures! Lucky poochies.
Thanks for sharing these fantastic pics from your road trip with us!

    Thanks everyone for your comments!

Fantastic piccies and vid! What really interested me is that all you dogs are on leads. Currently having a running battle with hubby who insists that Tobey would have more fun if he was let off his lead - my view is that he is having a great time as it is and is not reliable or trained enough to come back when called....your opinions would be much appreciated
Nebo is a siberian husky and it's well-known they are very hard to train off lead. I'm sure he would love running free but there's the risk of him never coming back, getting hit by a car, etc. So rather than risk that he's always on a leash unless in a fenced area. He has plenty of fun with a leash on....usually in places like this I put the retractable leash on him which allows a lot more freedom. I definitely think you should keep Tobey on leash unless he is 100% reliable to return when called, and even then only in areas where there's not many people/cars/etc.

What alert dogs with big grins! There MUSTA been food involved!!!!!! (Reminds me, Gina's Ark is somewhere in Utah right now for three weeks, and she promised to take a ton of pictures, too! (Bryce Canyon - dunno where that is in relation to you, or Bear Mountain).
Oh yes we were eating lunch there was food involved. I'm actually going to go down to Southern Utah at the end of July, probably going to Bryce Canyon too. I think it's about 5 hours away from me.

Amy, where did you get a tag holder from? I'd love to use one on Sherman - his neck always looks dirty, but it's from the aluminum tags.
I found mine at Strut Your Mutt but they sell them online too, here's a link that has them (called Quiet Spot tag silencer) http://www.sitstay.com/store/equip/collars1.shtml#EQ10

Have fun! Take some pictures. As far as I know that is the rule, I didn't see any signs about dogs...there were some labs off-leash at Bear Lake and nobody seemed to care.
