Hi all. I'm Yuri's other mom. He is so much happier and relaxed now that he is home. He let me give him his IV and pill this morning and didn't put up too much of a fuss. He goes back to the vet tomorrow for a check up.

Somehow they know that IV is good for them! Glad to hear that your little guy is doing better.

    Thanks for the update.

    Yuri

I came home from work and Yuri was so glad to see me that I hugged him. He is even eating dry cat food now.

Wow! If he weighs 12 lbs in that pic, he can probably carry 15 and not be fat! Handsome BIG boy!

You are right on the money. At one point he weight 17 pounds andwas on a light diet food. He loves to eat. ESPECIALLY with his nephew. Those 2 eat like vaccum clearners. We call them the Hoover Twins.

What a beautiful boy! Glad to hear that he is doing so much better. I see he is sporting a shaved arm from the IV. Don't worry Yuri the fur will grow back. When Gidget had her catheter in her arm and had to have it shaved she walked around for a week showing it to me, but the fur did grow back. So, if Yuri seems bothered by it, it is just because it looks and feels different.
