    Tonight we had one of my favorite meals. Pea soup and dumplings, mmm. Have any of you ever had this before?

    Yep, it's absolutely yummy. Making it with stock from bacon bones is the best.

    absolutely love it...but for me tonight had spaghetti with tomato and basil sauce and homemade meatballs

    I went to my boss's engagement party. So I had:

    Cheese & Crackers
    Grilled Shrimp
    Strawberries, Pineapple, Cantaloupe
    Mini Cream puffs
    Mini Eclairs
    Coffee
    Pepsi
    Chocolate

    YUM!!!

    I made myself:

    A cream cheese, sprouts, sunflower seeds, and catalina dressing sandwhich on whole wheat bread.

    A glass of orange juice & a Mango/Banana/Kiwi/Apple smoothie for dessert.

    I had cheesy french bread with spaghetti sauce since my wisdom teeth are killing me I didn't get to eat all of it I am now making popcorn, which i Hope I can eat it.

    Tonight I'm doing crumbed lamb cutlets with a brown onion sauce, Sorbaise potatoes and steamed broccoli & cauliflower, with buttered baby peas & sweet corn.
