When are all the people moving out of the United States??

I was banking on a better job when the Dems said they were going to move out of country after a Bush win.....

I figured at least 10 million new jobs.

That would drop unemployment and help the economy in so many ways.


But as usual......politics-all talk and no action....

I was watching a segment last night on the "Paula Zahn Show" called Pale Rider 3.

It was a pretty harsh view of what a group of soldiers went thru
during their tour in Iraq.

I didn't watch the end of the story because it was so sad.

The one thing that I noticed about these guys was their professionalism, tales of courage and bravery and their love for each other.

I don't think we will ever know just how scared they were in the last seconds of their lives.

I think we can get a hint of the pride they had and the sacrifices they made to go around the world and try to make a difference to people they never knew before.


Dead is dead.... but I think they deserve more of an obituary than to be remembered as just a number on the day that Rice was sworn in as Sec of State.....

Then perhaps you should show them more respect. Whether they died accidentally or were killed intentionally...they died. They left a grieving family...perhaps fatherless children -- childless parents.

Their death in a foreign country doing their duty is no less worthy because it was an accident.

No more silly than the rule from the Department of Homeland Security that my identification card must be current. Do you know how many times I have been questioned because my driver's license has "expired?" (The renewal sticker is on the back.) I guess I stop being me when my license expires.
