Thank you all so much for the kind words and thoughts on my new Ditto. I felt a bit guilty looking for "another Tucker" but when I found Ditto at the same pound as where I got Tucker, I felt then that it was the right thing to do! I have to remind myself that this is NOT Tucker, and not to expect him to be just like him, but I was so thrilled to wake up in the middle of the night with him on my chest last night! Just like, well ... you get the idea!!!
Kuhio, that poem was perfect and brought tears to my eyes .... thank you for helping me feel that this was the right thing to do!
I still mourn my Tucker man, more than I guess is healthy, but by being able to touch Ditto and feel and smell what I remember to be Tucker, it is helping!
