To tell you the truth, I can't quite remember, because I started on it quite a while ago, and usually I just play around with things. I'm not sure if you have Adobe, but I *think* it was under the Filter > Distort > Wave tool!

Oh, ILoveMyAbbeyGirl made my *new* sig and avater!! (you can find her thread for it...I think it's titled "Sigs, Avs, blinkies and backgrounds." It's a recent thread too) Aren't they awesome?? I love 'em!
