THIS is why I love Thursdays.

I heard on the radio this morning that today is Friday Eve. More commonly known as Thursday, but really Friday Eve. I kinda like that theory because any kind of "eve" is a reason to celebrate - so I guess I'll just have a DOTD to join in the celebration!

I feel like I'm already on vacation. Haven't done a lick of work yet this morning - not much to do. I guess I could find something to do, but why bother when I don't expect the boss to be in at all today.....so let's party!!!

I wish I could. Things are really heating up here and I have to try to keep my cool. Got a tongue lashing yesterday from some idiot who thinks she's my boss and God's gift to the world. I don't envy you the cold, gini. Here are some kleenexes. Hope you feel better soon. Hopefully having your taxes done will help.

Only problem with bringing in sand - it NEVER all goes away. You can't sweep it up and you can't vacuum it up. But it will definitely find it's way into the bed - generally on the feet of those lovely four footed creatures where, of course, it doesn't bother them to sleep.
