    Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

    Kim , I am sorry that I missed the thread on Dudley. He was a wonderful cat , when he came to the Partee , and all the Found Cats are shocked at his passing. But there is a place for him , in the Cat Angel army , and Mrs . Scrappy and Fluffy , willl keep thier eyes , on Dudley.Codolences , as Dudley will never be forgotten.

    OMG, Kim! I'm am soooo sorry!!! Even though Dudley didn't get as much "press" as some of your others, he was one of my favorites. Such an adorable little tuxie boy.....and now he's gone.
