I think now that I am talking about Winny here at work, it is dawning on me how much I DID talk about her and there is no doubt, she was loved by many people, from afar, but many people.

Oh SAS, I'm so sorry to hear about Winny. I wish I had some words of wisdom, but unfortunately I don't. If it were me, I would consider having a necropsy done just for my own peace of mind and to know what really happened. It would give me closure. But everyone is different.
