    I believe Omega 3 & 6 have fatty acids that are good for your heart and brain....and other organs etc. I *think*. My mom eats them too sometimes...........so Catapault, I know about the pills. I just asked, because the way you said it, it seemed like a part of your meal, as if it was *food*. He he he! I know, silly me!

    I believe fish oil also decreases your risks of cancer? Egg companies inject the fluid found in fish eggs into chicken eggs and say that it prevents cancer lol.

    So far this morning I have only had a coffee with hazelnut cream and a splash of milk. My tummy is starting to grumble, I think I'll head into the kitchen now.

    I'm with EssTer....I had a bowl of cheerios. And for lunch I just had 2 pieces of Heaven's Bistro pizza....bbq chicken.
