I never heard that until now! I would have waited to start this one if I knew to wait. I guess common sense tells you that!

Well, I was talking to rizzy, and she doesn't know how to post pics. She thought that she was going to "judge" them, and then announce the winner.

I told her over the summer that I was going to host this contest, but I guess she like it too much for me to do it or something.
