That sounds great!! Anyway it looks Pjevs is the only cat you can control a little. You can't control the others. And if the area is that big there is some danger in dogs too?

Here's a picture of the yard Pjevs lives in. As you can see, the childrens area is covered in sand, but we have talked about fencing it in somehow. Perhaps a chicken fence with flowers growing up it. The grey covered box is the sandbox for small children to play in, but the problem is on the bigger sand area.
However, we got a formal letter today from the board saying that they will put "Full Stop" on the area and hopefully keep cats away from that area. Also they want us to remove any food from his feeding area when he has finished. That also applies to others feeding him at random, so we'll have to track them down and tell them to stop!

In the far back, you can see the back of the second dustbin shed. We have a similar one in this end, and that is where Pjevs“s house is. (see picture on page 1)

    We hope this will work!!

    wow!

Purdy Posh Estate you live on, Pjevs!!

NO Wonder you've stayed there 12 years!
No Kat in his right mind would want to leave!

So glad "The Board" has re-considered and will allow Pjevs to remain.

    Just a thought...
Have you considered "trying" a litter box positioned in the
garden for Pjevs? Would have to be a covered one; and would require
"maintenance"... but if he would use it - another problem *solved*.

I am glad that Pjevs, with your help, will be able to stay in his home.
