You never know how they are going to turn out until they are adults. Dogs can go through many growing stages and some offspring do not fully meet the breed standard and are usually sold with a pet contract that requires the new owners to have their pup altered.
Pit Bulls do not have extra large paws unlesss they are the mixed pits that get 80 lbs +. I have owned 2 and the largest was 65 lbs. Her paws were average in size.
