    It always goes up on Thursday and today was no different...regular unleaded now sits at $1.79.

    Oh dear god!!! It has happened!

    Gas in sacramento, Ca has hit $3.04 per/gallon for premium unleaded!!

    Here is a site that updates each Monday night at 5pm with the latest avg. on gas prices. Seems like some place charge a lot more, even in the same city. Costco is at $1.77.9 now. Still sounds better than in Calif.

    It was $1.73 here yesterday & in the next town (about 10 minutes away) it's only $1.56!

    I filled up my truck Monday, cheap gas was $1.54 per gallon.

    A local radio station has been giving prices of other items. For example: Avian water would be something like $5.00 per gallon (I don't recall what it actually was).
    Scott is owned by 5 cats: Jackson, Fluffy, Twidgit, Ashton, Lexi;
    and 3 dogs: Eli, Sassee, Ginger

    We only have unleaded here in Montana and the medium grade yesterday was $1.68. Hey cheshirekatt pm me I grew up north of Seattle, would like to know where you are. Thanks Corinna

    Brie, I saw that on the news yesturday.

    It seems every couple of days the gas prices keep
    creeping up a couple of cents.

    Yep! Southern Calif.

    I wonder what the prices will be by next week.
    A man filled up his suburban on the news and the price
    came to $50.00. I almost had a heartach for him. lol
    I can't wait till the car manufaturers come up with
    a hybred Mini Van.
    That will be next car.

    I haven't filled up in about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks, but when I went past the gas station on Ft. Hood (where I live) yesterday, I noticed that it was $1.50 / $1.56 / $1.62. Luckily, in my Camry, we can make it about 2 to 3 weeks (sometimes 4) before we have to fill up again. My husbands truck however goes through twice as much gas as I do in only 1 to 2 weeks (2 when I really push him to conserve it and make it last)!

    When I left Michigan (I filled my tank before I left) the cheapest price for gas was $1.64/gallon. CT is up to $1.68/gallon for regular unleaded. Can't wait to see how much it costs when I return home.
