Thank you for bringing back the Favourite Word thread,,I was just wondering the other day , where to find it!

If anybody minded I would like to edit a dicctionary of Pettalk vocabulay ,pictures and graphics included... and even have it printed out. I could be so much fun..
    Any help is welcomed!

Going back to Thread of the year I would like to nominate "Boots the Kat visits the Vet" even if it was a disgraciful fact .The sense of humor and the delaighful speaking on both sides of Boots&Phred made it so enjoyable theirs misadventures
    Also
The Recipie Theard, as my gastrical juices were dancing a samba while reading all that yumy recipies.

There's another thread , that I don't remember the name ,I will try to find it.

Yup, it's a great thread, still going strong!

I'm not sure if we can nominate our own threads? Well, if we can, I'd like to nominate this then: The day they came home because there are plenty of touching stories, esp. the one from Wolflady, I'll never forget that!

Yes I agree! That was a great thread and Wolflady's story about her precious Marius was awesome!

This is a good idea, perhaps instead of having the best 10 threads, I am thinking that we could vote on the best 3 or maybe 5 threads from each forum for the entire year. If you look at the number of views compared with the number of replies it usually remains somewherer 8% to 11%. I am thinking that we could use those who have at least 200 views with about 24 replies(which is 12% replies)

Wayne, I see what you mean, but I don't think it's a good idea to let how many views there have been on a particular thread influence this, because everyone can go back and view any thread several times. Concerning replies, I think that it will be obvious that the ones with many replies will also be the most popular. Let's see which the members nominate.

Nice to see you back by the way!

    Aww... thanks, Aly!
Can I be selfish and vote for my Sophie, too?

Another way to categorize would be ... "2002's best feel good thread" or "2002 's best grab a tissue thread" etc.

I'll have to do some more looking before I put in the rest of my nominations...

I am reposting Lut's links. (The / at the end of the links causes problems.) Hopefully, I copied the rest correctly.

Gosh, this is really tough! There are just so many that are wonderful!

What got me completely involved emotionally?

Thread about Jackie's, Daisy and Perry. (Title?)
    Thread about Sophie Bunny
    How my parents..........by Lut

What made me laugh out loud? ( sooo many)

    Phred and the Klam Juice
    The Joke Thread

    Others........

    Frito Feet

Ooops, that is one too many.

A suggestion........a collection of all of the wonderful prayers that Cinder and Smoke have said for all of our beloved pets............
I personally think that God really pays attention to those!

    Reminder

If you have not yet nominated a thread(s) for "Thread of the Year 2002" you can still do it. The ones of you who wanted to find more threads, look for them now, and you can edit your posts! I'll let this thread run until Saturday 15th March and then put the 10 most nominated threads into a poll.

Remember, there's also one for 2000 and 2001! Go and have a look!
