This is probably the best news that I've heard all month. Sallyanne, I know that this must be such a big relief for you. I hope that you and Miley were able to do some celebrating today.

Sally Anne , this is the best news ever !! I am SO HAPPY for you!! You deserve some good news now , hey!!

Miley , you are a great kiddo!! keep up your good health and pamper your mommy as much as you can !! so she will get over the huge loss of your mates Gabe & Graemer !!
And maybe , one day , they will send ye a new little fur-friend to play with ! I know cats can do that ! Sydney saw from the Rainbow Bridge that his mommy needed a new cat , so he sent us two precious kitties !!

Vet #2 called last night, late, to let me know that the lab was still growing the culture but had pretty much ruled out Nocardi, which is a pretty serious bacterial infection. I should know more any day now, and then may know the source of the bacteria. I may never know of course, but would like to know more about it so that I can recognize it and all the symptoms, if it ever happens again. I will let you know when I know.

Miley is being a real love bug. She is getting used to the idea of being the only cat now.....but slowly. She will be fine.

YAY! Glad to hear Miley is well!

Maybe Miley and Graemer made a deal that with Gabe all alone at the RB, one of them would have to go care for Gabe, and the other had to stay and care for their mommy. I guess they decided that Graemer will care for Gabe and Miley for you. Congrats on Miley's good health. May she be with you for many long happy years to come.

I just had the first opportunity to catch-up on past PT posts and read about your two angles and everything they, and you went through. I cannot imagine your sadness. I am so sorry about your losses!
