    Aww, thank you everyone! It is a delicious lazy day so far - I refuse to work on my birthday!!

    It is a breezy crystal clear day here in So. Ca. not a cloud in the sky.

    My niece arrives here this afternoon and then we plan on celebrating together - she just turned 30 on Monday.

    Don't ask how old I am - my teeth chatter just trying to say the age.
    I used to think I was the oldest on this board - but a few have come forward and I realized I am not. Now that was a relief.

    to everyone - this board is just the best - especially on your birthday!

    Just to let you know that as a surprise, I flew down to Los Angeles to be with Gini on her special day.

    I showed up at the restaurant in disguise posing as a flower delivery girl. Even though I had on makeup (which I normal don't wear) and temporary tattoos, she recognized me right away.

    We had a wonderful dinnner - I had pan seared scallops and shrimp with a quinoa salad - the best I've ever eaten. Very yummy.
