    GOOD Thinkin, Richard!!

    LOL, You are welcome!

I have a two techniques to hold the packages too!

I figured it out when I was spilling the larger pack-chips, noodles in the Hamburger Helper kits.

    1)

Fold the top of the package over, Insert the pointy part and open away. Make sure you get a good grip of the bag, sometime I got way to confident!

    2)

This one you need some 'theater of the mind' to get thru?

This works for smaller packages and takes a little practice!

Take your HOLDY hand and make a peace sign facing to the side and downward.
Close them on the top of the packet -holding it tight between those fingers-
Let the package hang down and use your thumb and remaining fingers to pull the plastic tight. Then zip the package open with the cutter.

With a little practice you can use your thumb and other fingers to push the ketchup down in the packet while you open it! The only drawback is the small pieces of plastic that are left over.

It sounds weird, but now I can open pretty much and package in a flash!

Practice and you'll see just how easy it is!

I bought myself a lime squeezer and have used it almost everyday for the last three weeks.

This morning I was making a lime water....squeeze a lime into some water for taste.....as opposed to drinking a soda or ???

I put a piece of lime into the squeezer, put pressure on the handles and went blind in my right eye.

Dang thing projected a stream of juice right into the old eye ball!

I was laughing to hard to think about the possible consequences!

Only "eye" could make lime juice dangerous!
