    Introducing...

    Freyja!

At least that's what her name is as of today, I'm not sure if it will change. My friend Michele (Cisco's owner) just adopted her tonight. Isn't she adorable?

She came from a rescue who pulled her from a kill shelter. They said she was a GSD mix. Any breed guesses? She's about a year old, close to the same height as Keva but a smaller build. She needs to gain some weight, I bet she's only about 30 lbs right now, I doubt she'll be larger than 40.

She was a little intimidated by all the dogs at first

But she warmed right up. Nebo and Keva both liked her, Keva wanted to play non-stop and even Nebo played with her for a while.

Cisco was pretty good with her too--he's jealous right now, I think he will grow to like her though. He didn't like Keva at all at first and now they get along fine.

She is such a sweet dog, I love her already!

And I have a few other random pics. Keva and Nebo playing with the loofa dog Kay gave them (she gave them other toys too, which they like, but this is their favorite).

I'd guess Shepherd/Greyhound, because of her build, which is much narrower than a GSD, but heavier than a greyhound. Her head is very Shepherd-like, but her coat is also lighter than a Shepherd's ... and her coloring is very similar to a fawn Greyhound.

She is beautiful! Congratulations to Michelle on giving this beauty a home!

I think I see some Collie in there. And maybe Shep. :-) But I see a Collie face!

    WOW! What a gorgeous girl!!

I agree, the first thing I noticed was her slender head, long neck, long legs, and very slight build. She looks like a tall fox/coyote. So my vote goes for GSD/Greyhound, with something else in there too. She doesn't look like a 50/50 to me..

Oh wow, I think she is so pretty and unique looking! I love seeing all the dogs together. Glad they all seem to be getting along. I hope you will make sure you get pictures of the new girl every chance you get and share them with us.

I'm thinking gsd for sure and probably collie or greyhound.

She's gorgeous! Congrats to Michelle and Cisco! I'm sure Cisco will warm up to her soon. As for mix... I'm thinking GSD/Greyhound too.

She is gorgeous! I would have to agree with the GSD/Greyhound with something else mixed in there maybe? She reminds me of Tasha a little bit.
