    I am sorry I just saw this thread, but I am glad the problem is nothing serious. Arthritis is painfully hard to watch your dog develop, it is really a sad thing to watch for any dog owner.

    Thanks everyone for all the prayers. I am so glad it was not something serious that was going to affect him for life. The vet said it is just how he is, just like some people. Yep, a whole whopping 3.5 pounds. I think the scale was broke when we left.
