Why dogs shouldn't eat bees

I took the dogs for a walk today, on our way back a bee flew in front of us and *snap* Nebo made a meal out of it. The bee had its revenge and stung the inside of his upper lip. Now he looks like this:

He's been stung before, he always swells up, but nothing else has ever happened. I'm just keeping an eye on him, hopefully the swelling will be gone by morning. He acts fine, he ate his dinner and has been playing with Keva.

Do you think the poor guy has learned his lesson that bees are not edible? Not likely...
