PRAYERS AND GET WELL WISHES ON THEIR WAY FOR MISS DAISY AND PERRY. THEY WILL CONTINUE UNTIL BOTH ARE HOME.
Now that the surgery is over and was successful, the future looks much brighter for the dear furry kids.

Here's Jackie's latest update!! They are home!!!

Believe it or not, we are all home and together.
Talked to the Vet this morning and he released Daisy, said she would feel better at home. Am I happy, you betcha. We didn't try to rush anything, it was their decision. She is pretty much under right now, all bandaged up, Perry is doing well, he jumped up on Don's rocking chair is eating and drinking well, now if I can only get Daisy to do it.
I'd appreciate anyone putting this on PetTalk as I'm pretty busy nursing right now and I don't mind a bit.
Here are a few pictures. Thank you everyone!
Can't put the pictures in right now so will try later.
    Love
    Jackie and Don

Such good news!!!! I was wondering how the sweeties were doing. Here's hoping the sweet ones are all through the roughest part now. I am off, to say a BIG prayer of Thanksgiving for their miracles.

    Happy Dance! Happy Dance!

I'm so glad that Miss Daisy's surgery went well! There might still be ups and downs ahead, but we'll keep praying for healing from this terrible incident - healing for all of you!

I wanted to comment on your vet's good tactics when deciding about Daisy's surgery. How fortunate that he gave her time enough to heal a bit - then decided (was inspired by divine intervention? ) to go ahead with the operation. The damage he found definitely needed immediate attention to insure Daisy's best recovery!

Both waiting and surgery are helpful at the right time. I'm so glad that Daisy got the right combination from her doctor!

Best wishes again to Perry, our hero, and to all the human family that has been affected by this.

    Logan,

Thank you for this great news. Perry & Daisy are BOTH
HOME !!! I really believe there is so much love flowing
in Jackie & Don's home right now; it will be good for everyone,
human & furrry. It may be a long road back to good health,
but, it has started. Praise God. Prayers will continue for
Jackie, Don , Perry, and Miss Daisy.. Maybe having Perry around
might perk her up a little to eat in a day or two?

This is truly a gift from God, Jackie!! What great news! Oh, a happy, happy dance is being performed in honor of the miraculous homecoming!! I hope Daisy is comfy-cozy and sleeping off her Sir Jury next to her Mommy! It sounds like Sir Per is thrilled to be by his best bud's side...that would be Don!! Oh, what a relief! I'll bet tonight you'll finally get some much needed rest! Love to you all and of course, lots and lots of hugs and kisses for the dynamic duo, our heroes, Daisy and Perry! Love, Sandra
