Orc, Mario, you guys got the door?

Okay, escort everyone to their seats as they come in.

    Lady, is dinner all set?

Okay, the bar is open, but Darn it's taken a while to decorate! I wish we had an inventory for the L+F.

10 years ago, on the 28th of September, I didn't run. I should've, but it's hard to run in dress blues.

Jen, (AKA Lady's other Human) married Richard.

Then the minister got the right names in his hands, and after 20 minutes of someone in a white dress cutting off the circulation in my hands, we were married.

I thought we'd celebrate in here, because I'm working too damned many hours to do anything real.

So, everyone grab a glass of champagne, or a slushie, or an Irish, and help us celebrate 10 years of putting up with each other!

LH. I'll run into (and OUT of) the L & H and see what there is in the way of decorations. I'll grab the remote and Orc for protection. Just have a big slushie waiting or me!

What's Mario doing with that helium tank? Oh no! Orc, can you help me pull him off the ceiling? Phew that was close! Ok, let's PARTAY! We're also celebrating Slick's homecoming and healing.

Yup, I was there, and can attest to the fact that, on his first attempt, the pastor screwed up the groom's name! Second try, after considerable embarrassment, he got it right, and the rest, as they say, is history! And herstory, too!

    YAY Congratulations.

    I will drink to that.

Start me off with a slushie please

R.I.P my dear Sweet Teddy. You will be missed forever. We love you.

Should the Slickster grace us with her presence (Slick grace us, not grace slick us) , she has a special spot next to the bar with a massage chair. All she has to do is let us know she wants to come, and we'll send Orc out to get her!

I'm going to have my usual Irish coffee witha flexoril chaser.

Sparks, one slushie, straight out of the seement mixer!

Everytime he reminds me that I married Richard I keep reminding him that it's his name on the marriage certificate.
RIP Lady, Thursday's won't be the same without you to cuddle with by the fire

Speaking of welcome backs. . .

There's one very special lady that I especially want to welcome back to PT and thursdays, Donna (moosmom). After her ordeal in the hospital, she deserves a huge slushie!

Maybe I'm the one who should have run! What are we having for dinner anyway? I need a very full glass of champagne! To 10 years of LH telling me how many years I have left before he trades me in for 2 20 year olds!

<Raises tin cup full of champagne in a toast> I sure missed you guys today! I've been offline taking the Notary Exam - a full day of instruction and then the test. If/when I pass, I'll be ..... drumroll please .... NOTARIOUS!

Oh and now I have a cold too so perhaps a chicken soup chaser for my champagne.

    One chicken soup chaser, DONE!

I think I'm going to have to get the breakfast bar ready by myself, so I'd better start cooking hashbrowns tonight, they're better when seasoned then re-fried.

    More champagne anyone?
