Soooo....what's the latest on Cincy?? Is the culprit in a pile in the backyard yet? I hope all is going better and Cincy is feeling better. We had a close encounter of the chocolate kind last night. DeeDee (the little thief) grabbed a bag of M&Ms off the counter and ate about 1/8 of a pound and promptly puked it up all over the living room, not once, but twice. We called Dr. B. and he said that a 25 pound dog (DeeDee's size) can eat up to 5 ounces of pure baker's chocolate without being fatal and milk chocolate is so watered down that she could have eaten 3/4 of a bag and still been ok and the fact that she threw it up was a great sign.

It sure doesn't sound like many of us are having very good weeks.

Yep, We are on poop patrol here too Things looked good today. Haven't found much in the yar yet though...maybe some pine needles, but they may have attached themselves after the fact. Not really sure...Cincy ate 3 small meals ( I figured with almost 48 hours of no food too much at once and she would woof it down) and has had no issues (vomitting or diharrea) Let's hope it continues

Candy-where do you get the nylabones? All the ones I have found here are the flavored ones that aren't very hard and they get through those really quickly.

Well, it has been since Monday since Cincy last vomitted and things seem to be going well! No more diharrea either Haven't found anything in the yard that looks like it made her sick, but whose knows...just glad things are going well. I have not given them anymore rawhide and did go get some Nylabones, so maybe that is helping

I have to tell you how great Ralph has been through all of this...the first Sunday about 2 weeks ago, when this started, Cincy got sick at 2:45 am. She stoped with in about 15 mintues, once her stomach was empty, but Ralph slept the rest of the night on the kitchen floor (we have pcoket doors to close off this room) to be with her and make sure she was okay. I woke up at 4:30 to check on her and he said she had been fine and was sleeping. i suggested he put her in her carte and come to be, but he didn't want to leave her in case she did get sick again and would have to stay with until I got up for work at 6am WHAT A GOOD DADDY HE IS!!!

He sounds like an absolutely wonderful daddy! All dogs should have this kind of daddy (I know mine do!)

Just read the posts and I am so happy to hear that Cincy is doing so well now. The daddies do love their girls, as Daisy's daddy is always hugging and kissing her. It sounds like Cincy's daddy is the same. Hugs and kisses to Cincy from Daisy and Perry.
