    Wayne!

that is so neat that you have the same type of Siamese
with almost the same name. You'll have to get some
pictures and post them, I would love to see him!

    Patti,

Are those the professional pics that you got taken of Snowy? They came out really good! She really is quite a beauty! I doubt my boys would be able to 'pose' for any good shots if I tried to get some prof. pics done. How was the experience?? Did you take her to a studio, or did they come to your home? How neat!! What treasures you have captured of her in photos

I'm so glad that so far everything seems all good with her now that her litter is back to 'normal'! LOL

How funny about her going crazy over Chinese food! I guess we're not the only ones that enjoy it so much, eh? LOL LOL I think it was fate that you found her at your fave restaurant, and I'm happy she's found such a wonderful forever home!! Lots of hugs and scritches to you and your fur-fam!

We took Snowy to Petco (a pet suppy chain in So.Calif) a few weeks ago.
They had a huge room all set up with professional photographers (so they say)
They had lots of props as well. One of the men positioned her, then let go of her for a split second while the other man took the picture.
We got 9 pictures in all for 39.99 and they are beautiful.

Snowy was kind of mad, but the picture taker had one of
those feathers on a fishing line that he used to play with
her while snapping the shots. So, she wasnt that upset.

When they were done (10 minutes max) I had treats for
her and gave her lots of luv, then let her wonder around
the room so that she could be nosy for a while.

The shelter, where I got her, does a calendar every year
with photos exclusively of pets that have been adopted
for the past year (one of my motives for having pics taken).

Anyway, my seal point of 19 years passed away in '98. It has taken me this long to feel ok with getting another pet....but I still
want to call Snowy "Vanessa" (my other cat).....do we (I) get attached or what?

Thanks for the thoughts, we love Snowy so much!!

    Oh Patti - Iit's so sad when our furbabies cross over the Rainbow Bridge isn't it? But so glad you feel it's the right time to give a home to another deserving furbaby. {{Hugs}}

Those pics., are just so good - might be an idea to get my three done properly!!!

If the little perishers would stay still long enough! No chance!

Glad the poopy problem seems to be a thing of the past - still got fingers and paws crossed here.
Explained your letter to Ketchum (daft as a brush) and he sat muttering about 'dont nobody know ladee pusscats are particlar abot where they put their bums'!! Oh when I showed him one of Showey Snowy (sorry!! ) he actually gave the screen a nose kiss - I'm amazed!

That's so funny!! and how cute!!
I am surprised that your little one didnt get a shock
    when he touched the screen.

By the way, seeing that you are in the UK, my other
cat, Vanessa, was named after Vanessa Redgrave!

Both my grandparents roots are from England, so
there is always a soft spot in my heart for the UK...I
try and remember my heritage everyday and pass
along the history to my human kids...my grandmother
introduced to me to all of the great screen stars when
I was very young...the Redgraves, Sir Lawrence Olivier, etc

You'll have to take some pics of your cats when they
    are asleep.....

    Type to ya later!
~My condolences for the Queen Mum, too~
