10 pounds lost!

I've lost TEN POUNDS! I don't know how long it took, maybe 2-3 weeks? But I've lost ten pounds, and it feels good.

good for you! i'm jealous, I've been trying to lose some wieght lately, because track season is coming up and i need to lose maybe 5 or 10 for that...how'd you do it? i've just been running and not eating as much, but then i get lazy or hungry and i mess up lol

Yeah, my mom got this new exersize thing that she ordered, I know she will NEVER EVER use it, she is just that... DUMB and not motivated. I don't know why she spends so much money on this and then throws it in the closest.

It's like an aerobics stepping routine thingy. Lol... I don't really know what it is.
