Aslan and Eddy are overweight, not obese, but overweight.
Our vet says that Taffy is a bit overweight but she weighs the same as the other cat Max I had two years ago which I had to put to sleep and he was never overweight and I know of a lady who lives in town and she finds homes for cats and she told me that Taffy is not overweight and she takes her cats to the same vet as I do.
I do have my two cats on a light cat food though as they are indoor cats just to be safe with their weights. They do get some treats too. So I don't worry too much about it as long as I watch the amount they eat and they do some play time.

NO WAY! I think it would be really obvious if my greyhound was even a tiny bit overweight. She has always been a skinny girl. Lucky.![]()
A funny story:
I was at a dog park once and Jenny was playing with some other dogs when a boy {6 or 7 years old I'd say} came in with his mother and lab. I was sitting on the bench and didn't mind when he started chasing Jenny with his lab. After all, I thought, they'll never catch her. They ran past me and I realised he was chasing her trying to pet her calling "Skinny Dog, Skinny Dog" I called Jenny back and let the boy pet her...I guess, now that I think of it, she really is a skinny dog.![]()
My pups are at the right weight right now, always careful with Sam though, he isn't that active like most puppies are.
