This dog looks just like Static from flyball...
    http://flyballdogs.com/fastnfurious/staticpage.htm

She is an ACD mix, and VERY fast.

Actually, it is unusual. It is very rare.
that it completly untrue. mostly white BC is not even close to rare, and they are ONLY prone to health problems if it the result of a merle/merle breeding.

I'd also ahev to say he's an Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie mix.

Journey - 2yr old Australian Shepherd
    Ripley - 5 1/2yr old Doberman
Dance RN CGN FM - 7 1/2yr old Toller

If you want to meet the owner, you could send a note home with him.....tie it to his collar. Then maybe after you get to know the owner, you could suggest he/she put some ID on the collar in case he should get lost or injured and they need to be contacted.

My first thought was ACD/Border Collie.

  12. He looks like a purebred Australian Cattle Dog to me..
just maybe not as stocky as some ACDs.
