Tears here too, lots and lots of tears for the heartbreak you must be feeling over the untimely passing of your most precious Pancake My deepest sympathy for your great loss. But I can't help but smile when I look at that adorable little Pancake pup, that sweet, angelic face, that huggable, lovable little scruffy puppy coat. AMABASSADOR OF LOVE, yes baby girl, that is just what you were and what your legacy is and will continue to be! Your time on this earth was far too brief but your impact great! You turned many a cold heart warm, teaching even the most die hard non believer of the priceless rewards of animal companionship. TheKid said it best of all... You DO have the best pictures you could ever hope for. family of Pancake...the memories that you hold in your heart. God's blessings upon Pancake's family, for giving such a deserving doggie a second chance at life. Every moment of her time with you, she knew how very loved she was. And never forget she waits patiently for her family at the Rainbow Bridge, until that happy day when you all will be reunited in love. It was a privilege and a honor to meet you, dear Pancake, our most special and deserving DOG OF THE DAY...DOG OF A LIFETIME.
All my love to the family of Pancake

Thank you so much for your story today, dear sweet Pancake! You were such a special being to all who knew you. How wonderful that because of you, other deserving animals found their forever home! Hats and hearts off to you, kind one. I, too, know that you are celebrating at the Rainbow Bridge and will continue to look over and protect your family. Rest in peace, beautiful girl!!

I have looked at Pancake's picture and read her story several times today. Each time I ache with some of the pain you feel. Pancake certainly was a simply wonderful dog to have as part of your life. It must have been very, very hard to pick up the pieces of life and go on without her. A thousand pictures would not be enough, just as knowing what we have learned today about our Dog of the Day is not enough.

Pancake, if you are looking down today, please know you are loved and remembered by your family, and loved and admired by your new friends here at Pet Talk. Our cyber kisses have a ways to travel, but ....they are on their way to you Pancake.
