crulty to animals would get life in prison with possible prole in 25 years,I would make everone get there pets fixed only if they pay an anuual fee to breed there animals anyone who didn't get there animals fixed would be finded 10,000 for each animal they didn't get fixed. The animals you have to get fixed are dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pig,and ferrets. And if they let there other pets breed that can't be fixed like birds,hamster,rats,ect...and Have knowlege that one is male and the other is female.20,000 find.I would start to save the wildlife in the USA.as you can tell I have thought about this a lot.
I'd end excess breeding, purebred or not. I'd ban clothing for dogs, unless it was necessary for the dog. No froo-froo outfits. I'd ban purse-dogs. I'd destroy puppy mills. I'd ban goldfish bowls, and anything under 3 gallons. I'd ban cropping unless it was necessary for the dog's health. I'd ban declawing. I'd instate cloning organs and muscles, outside of the body, as a way of producing meat, therefore reducing the herds of cattle and replenishing rainforest. I'd ban all pointless household chemicals. You get bleach, dishsoap, vinegar, and soap to clean everything in the house. The life expectancy will skyrocket for people and pets. I'd basically make myself the divine judge for those who abused animals. I'd ban no-kill shelters for the false ideas they put in people's heads that abandoning is ok because the dog won't die.

Beautifually stated Laura. Though it's sad, kill shelters are very necessary. It'd be wonderful if the world no longer needed kill shelters, but until people start being much more responsible with their pets this won't happen.![]()
