Nice! I might do that but first I'd have to grow it out a few more inches.

    I love the look!

But locks of lovew isn't all they claim to be. Sure they do make wigs and donate them to the needy, but only about 1% of the hair goes to wigs of the sorts, the rest is SOLD on the market. Its sad but true. My friend discovered it when she donated her hair to them and overheard one of the locks of love personal talking about selling hair. She did some research & found that its not all its cracked up to be. She has an awesome source, I'll see if I can get that link too.

Here's a couple links I have, blogs but I do have a couple more links that are more valid and are better but can't find them at the moment.

It looks great! I'm growing mine out for Locks For Love, too! I'm growing mine to my butt though because I love having long hair and I want it to still be long when I cut it. I only have a few more inches to go!

EDIT: Wow, really? Hmm ... I'll have to look into that.

Thanks everybody, I love the new do too! My hair is SO thick, it gave me headache's when it was long, it's nice to have it short, it's not as heavy on my head. I didn't color it, this is my natural color in the winter, it usually lightens on its own in the summer. For some reason if I color or highlight my hair, our water turns it GREEN, which is not pretty.

I just saw where you donated your hair to Locks of Love. My hat is off to you, as I am the mom of a 13 year cancer survivor. Amy Elizabeth turns 30 in March. Cudos, kiddo!!
